Edits save as you make them. Uncheck Active when someone leaves — they drop off the scoring list but keep their history.

Connect to the sheet

Paste the Apps Script web app URL, deployed as Execute as: me and Who has access: anyone with the link. Better: paste it once into the API_URL line at the top of this file and nobody else has to do anything.

Apps Script for the sheet

Extensions → Apps Script. Confirm the tab names at the top match yours. The team PIN is set in the script itself. Then Deploy → New deployment → Web app. Optional: a settings tab with key/value rows pass_pct and coach_at overrides the defaults below without editing code. Optional columns on the reviews tab: call_ref and missed_items.
